If you're a defined benefit member, you can now register to receive an email when your pension newsletters and information about the Scheme become available online.

Registering for email communications is simple. All you have to do is email us with your full name and preferred email address.

By registering your details, you agree to the Vaillant Group Pension Scheme notifying you by email when future newsletters, website amends and other non-personalised communications are available to view online, rather than receiving these communications in the post. Receiving your communications online means that you can access them whenever and wherever you want, as well as downloading and printing current and past editions.

The details you provide will be stored securely and will only be used by the Trustees of the Scheme and those supporting the administration and running of the Scheme, including our communications partner for the purposes of emailing you about Scheme communications. We will not share your details with anyone else. Our Privacy Notice contains more detail about how your data is stored, used and shared.
